We are a team of mobile bicycle mechanics providing cost competitive services for bike repair, tune ups, bicycle assemblies, and more. We have mechanics available in North Hollywood, CA and some neighboring Los Angeles areas. Working with us, you are working directly with the mechanics who will service your bike. We come to your desired location at the time of a scheduled appointment. There's no need to have down time off your bike or to load it up and drive into a bike shop and wait for service to be done. Tune Up Services: Bikes are similar to cars in that in order to run efficiently and prolong the life of the drive train and other parts, it's important to have them serviced regularly. We offer a variety of Tune Up options depending on your budget and needs.

General Services: Sometimes bike service needs aren't as simple as proactive tunes up and general maintenance. To that end, we offer bookings for general service for 1, 2, and 3 hour blocks. This is great for services like adjusting cables, adjusting derailleurs, helping your bike to shift more smoothly, doing brake bleeds, wheel truing and more. Bike Assembly: Sometimes the best way to find the bike you are looking for is to find it online. But bikes purchased online don't always come completely assembled. That's where we come in. We'll assemble your bike for you whether it's mostly built out of the box or if it's a complete build from the frame up. We'll even help you find additional parts if needed too.

How can I find out the price of various bike mechanic services?
For many of the repair and upgrade services we offer such as tune ups, and bike assembly, our competitive prices can be found when booking your service in the Book Service section of the site. Are your services more expensive than that of a bike shop?
No. We are constantly surveying service rates in each market to ensure our rates are competitive. By connecting you directly with a local pro mechanic, you get all the convenience of at your doorstep service while still getting a fair and competitive price.
Diagnosis
How and when will I know what repairs my bike is in need of?
In some situations, you may be aware of the service you are seeking. This may be the true if you are looking for an overall tune up, a tire change, or another easily diagnosable problem. In other situations, the problem that needs fixing may be more elusive. In these cases our service writers will work with you to diagnose the problem. A service writer will contact you after you book your appointment but before a mechanic comes to your location. If possible, the service writer may coordinate a brief video call to see your bike or ask for photos if a video call is not possible. The more information you provide, the better prepared our mechanics can be to meet your needs efficiently and effectively upon arrival at your appointment time.
Payment
When will I pay for the repair?
Payment is collected at the time of booking based on the service requested in the checkout process. If additional service is determined to be needed at the time of service, that service can be paid for on the spot with the mechanic.
